Since 2018, 9kiss has been the top choice for Malaysian players seeking a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting experience — with the most complete game selection on a single, easy-to-access platform.
9kiss is more than just a name in Malaysia's online betting industry — it is a community built on trust, transparency, and a passion for delivering the best experience to every player. Starting as a small platform in 2018, 9kiss has grown into one of the country's most active online betting destinations, with over 500,000 registered members who continue to stay loyal.
What sets 9kiss apart from other platforms goes beyond the wide range of game options — it is also our commitment to data security, game result accuracy, and user-friendliness. Every feature you see on this platform is designed around the needs of Malaysian players, not simply copied from a global model that may not fit the local context.
9kiss operates under a valid international licence and uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect every transaction and member's personal data. Your security is our absolute priority — not an empty promise, but a daily practice you can verify for yourself.
The 9kiss team comprises over 200 professionals with expertise in technology, finance, customer service, and online gaming. We operate entirely online, allowing us to deliver faster, more affordable, and more responsive service than platforms that still rely on physical infrastructure.
9kiss also understands the diversity of Malaysian players — from those just starting out with online betting to veteran players who demand the best odds and high betting limits. That is why we offer a game selection that spans all levels, with an interface that is equally easy to use for everyone.
Every odds figure, promotion term, and data policy we have is stated clearly — no confusing fine print. You have the right to know what you are getting into before making any decision.
SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and 24/7 account monitoring ensure every ringgit and every piece of your personal information stays protected on the 9kiss platform.
All games on 9kiss use a random number generator (RNG) independently audited by a third party. This ensures every spin, hand, and betting outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated.
A Malaysian-language interface, local-language customer support, and payment options covering FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers — all designed for your convenience.

9kiss is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide self-control tools, deposit limits, and temporary suspension options to ensure every player stays in control of their experience.

9kiss's mission is simple: to be the most trusted and most user-friendly online betting platform for Malaysian players. We believe everyone deserves a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting experience — without worrying about the security of their funds or the integrity of the games.
To achieve this mission, we continuously invest in the latest technology, provide ongoing training for our support team, and listen to our player community's feedback. Every update you see on the 9kiss platform comes from real player suggestions — not just internal decisions.
9kiss believes that player trust cannot be bought through promotions alone — it must be earned through consistency, transparency, and real action every single day. That is the principle guiding every decision we have made since day one.
By 2027, 9kiss aims to become Malaysia's number one online betting platform in terms of active users, customer satisfaction, and breadth of game options. We plan to expand partnerships with leading global game providers, introduce more local sports options such as badminton, Malaysian football league, and esports, as well as broaden language and payment support to serve all segments of Malaysian society.
More importantly, 9kiss aims to be a platform known not only for the winnings it offers players, but also for its responsible approach to the betting industry. We want to prove that a betting platform can succeed without sacrificing integrity or the wellbeing of its users.
