1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 9kiss ("Platform", "us", "our company"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 9kiss.

2 Account Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the 9kiss platform at any one time. Opening multiple accounts or using another individual's information to register is a serious violation of these Terms.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, current, and complete personal information as required by the registration form.
• Maintaining and updating your information to ensure it remains accurate, truthful, and complete at all times.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not disclosing it to any third party.

9kiss reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC process. This includes copies of your identification card, bank statements, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

4 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

9kiss supports a variety of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers to all major local banks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round or wager has been processed by the system.
• Any technical disruption occurring during an active game will be resolved in accordance with the 9kiss technical compensation policy applicable at that time.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within that game's interface.
• 9kiss reserves the right to void any wagers suspected of involving fraud, the use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of system bugs.

7 Accepted User Conduct

As a 9kiss member, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to influence game outcomes or abuse promotions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using false information, another person's identity, or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the 9kiss platform for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing the 9kiss customer support team.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and 9kiss reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

9kiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no deposit or betting activity.

10 Amendments to These Terms
